Poetry as a Portal to our Common Dream

Come, join us for this time of collective dreaming.

During this time together, we will use the words (and the silences in between the words) of a poem as a portal to access our deep unconscious. This is where our Dreammaker lives.

Each of us has a Dreammaker at our very core, who listens to the words in his/her own unique and authentic way. It is as if the water of the poem falls on the earth of our soul, and seeps into different cracks for each one of us. After we have allowed the words of the poem to cast its spell on us, we will allow the associations our Dreammaker makes with the words of the poem to enter our shared space. In this way, we will weave together our common dream.

We will use the framework of active imagination and Projective Dreamwork during this time of play and magic.
